Continuous, no fixed deadlines; match released once crowdfunding milestones are hit

Basketball Wales (Sport Wales & National Lottery backed)

Up to £300 per player per season (footwear capped at £75)

Households on Universal Credit/EMA/similar, or income below the UK Minimum Income Standard; parent, coach, teacher, or social worker can apply on a player's behalf

What it covers

Club subs, Basketball Wales licence fees, playing kit, transport, regional camp fees

Rolling; Independent Awarding Panel meets monthly, ~28-working-day decision

Coalfields Regeneration Trust Cymru

Up to £750 per squad

Constituted junior/youth squads (ages 13–19) in designated coalfield wards across South and North Wales
